PARTIAL PLANNING
Designed for couples who are organized, hands-on, and excited to take an active role in planning - with expert guidance along the way.
Following our kick-off meeting, we provide a customized planning timeline and thoughtfully curated vendor recommendations, with ongoing check-ins to support you through each phase of the process. This service includes Event Management and can be tailored to complement where you need support most.

Event Management is ideal for couples who want to plan their wedding themselves, while ensuring they can be fully present and relaxed on the day itself.
You’ll work with a dedicated Lead Coordinator from our team, with support provided at key points throughout the planning process. We meet multiple times before a seamless handover of logistics at the ten-week mark. From there, your Coordinator takes the lead on final timelines, vendor communication, and tying up all remaining details.
On the wedding day, our team is onsite to oversee setup, manage your vendor team, and execute the timeline with precision — allowing you, your families, and your guests to simply enjoy the celebration.

EVENT DESIGN
Event Design is available as an add-on to our Partial Planning or Event Management services for couples who want professional design guidance and a cohesive visual vision for their wedding day.
This service focuses on the creative direction of your celebration, including colour palette development, design concepts, and thoughtful styling decisions to ensure every detail works together seamlessly. We translate your ideas into a clear design plan that can be confidently shared with your vendor team, guiding rentals, florals, stationery, and the overall aesthetic.
