What WEDDINgs mean to us
Founded by Kendra Coons, in Southern Ontario, our work is guided by hospitality, thoughtful planning, and the belief that the most memorable celebrations are rooted in feeling. We focus on the moments that matter - the joy, the energy, and the memories that live on long after the day itself.

ABOUT
THE TEAM
My love of gathering started early, growing up in a family that owned restaurants and event spaces - where hospitality wasn’t just a job, but a way of bringing people together. Watching celebrations unfold around shared tables sparked a lifelong appreciation for meaningful moments, thoughtful details, and the energy that comes from being surrounded by people you love.
After completing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, I found my way back to events with a post-grad in fundraising. I began my career in the non-profit sector, where I learned to manage complex logistics, high-pressure timelines, and large-scale productions - experience I now bring to all of our weddings.
I believe that a wedding day is filled with fleeting moments that deserve to be felt fully and remembered. Through thoughtful planning and calm guidance, I strive to create an environment where couples can be fully present, allowing those moments to unfold naturally and become deeply cherished memories.

Katie is never happier than when she’s planning an event - she was always the kid with the most elaborate birthday parties!
After graduating from Western with a degree in Digital Marketing, Katie returned to Confetti and Co. as the marketing manager and lead planner. Katie is passionate about hospitality and can't wait to see you walk down the aisle.
Pri's experience spans luxury event decor, business consulting, and event catering - giving her a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the elements that make a wedding day truly special.
From behind-the-scenes logistics to hands-on creative support, Pri approaches each task with care, warmth, and a commitment to helping our couples feel celebrated every step of the way.

Nicole is known for her calming presence and thoughtful, detail-driven approach. A true lover of love and celebrations, she ensures everything unfolds seamlessly and with intention on your wedding day, allowing you to remain fully present in each moment!
With a steady hand, warm demeanour, and an eye for the details that matter most, she brings a calming ease to even the most emotional days - but yes, she will still shed a tear over your wedding vows.
With a rich background in hospitality and a passion for creating seamless guest experiences, Emily brings a fun and thoughtful, service-driven approach to every celebration. Her extensive experience in roles across coffee shops, restaurants, and customer service gives her an intuitive understanding of what it takes to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
